Sunday, Feb. 7, Meditation & Body-Rolling Cancelled

Most roads have not been plowed in the greater Shepherdstown area. Roads that have been plowed remain hazardous.

It is our hope that you are warm and well in the safety of your home and find time and space for your own Sunday morning meditation and yoga practice.
